During the program, Epshteyn gave updates to the Trump legal team election lawsuits in the states of Nevada, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. He cited several irregularities in voting trends and was certain that Democrats used the pandemic to cheat and steal the election from President Trump.

Fredericks: Joining us now Boris Epshteyn. Boris is the Senior Advisor to Trump-Pence 2020. And was with the campaign in a senior role in 2016 also. And he’s with us now. Great to have you with us. We’re live in Atlanta. Great to have you with us, Boris.

Epshteyn: Thank you, John. How are you?

Fredericks: Good. Hey, give us an update. We just had Steve Bannon on he said Nevada, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. And we are going to be here for the foreseeable future, and Wisconsin is not going to get certified. Give us an update.

Epshteyn: Well we’ve got to look across the country here. In Georgia where you are obviously major major major issues. They’re finding Republican ballots and Trump ballots left and right it seems like. So this recount has to continue and the recount has to include it’s vital for it to include signature matching. So let’s see where that goes. But obviously, Georgia is a disaster right now in terms of its voting process.

As well as in that in terms of that consent decree which the state legislature didn’t even know about in Georgia. Which was pushed through by the far-left liberal Stacey Abrams after she lost her election. For some reason, the governor still allowed her to influence the way elections are handled in the state of Georgia. I was in the state of Pennsylvania yesterday with mayor Rudy Giuliani on the federal lawsuit that’s been brought there.

The defendant which is the Secretary of State Boockvar in Pennsylvania she brought a motion to dismiss. Mayor Giuliani argued perfectly the motion and dismissed it. And we are continuing to press ahead without a lawsuit. We’re also looking to file another amended complaint in that lawsuit to add more counts and to add more claims specifically to explicitly add the due process protection claim in terms of observers and not being watchers.

Not being allowed to observe the accounting of the mail ballots. And that’s really what it comes down to John. In a lot of states across the country, the issue is that Republican observers, inspectors, and watchers were not allowed to observe the counting of the mail ballots. The taking of the mail-in ballots out of the envelopes. And that’s a huge issue because that leaves any and every option open for fraud.

And we’ve seen so much fraud already and so many trump votes misplaced as we mentioned in Georgia. In Nevada, you heard from Adam Laxalt yesterday. A powerful lawsuit filed about a huge array of voter irregularities. And you already had a Democrat election there overturned. an election of a Democrat a local official overturned in Clark County which is Las Vegas two days ago. Go beyond that you go to Wisconsin where stand by for some more information from there.

The president in this campaign is heavily considering a recount of a lawsuit in Michigan which cites some of the similar irregularities from the one’s that we’ve cited in Pennsylvania. So again as we go across the country the thread that ties everything together is that it appears Democrats used the opportunity of COVID-19 and cynically used this pandemic to try and cheat Donald Trump and Republicans out of this election. And we will not stand for that.

Fredericks: And the way they were able to do these were these mail-in ballots that come in batches. signatures not matched. I want to get to Michigan. Yesterday we asked Steve Bannon about this but I want to get your take. At six o’clock we find out that the two Republicans on the Wayne County certification said no, we’re not going to certify this. It’s too messed up.

We got all these ballots without signatures. No, we’re not going to do it. Then they come under tremendous pressure. I mean they’re interrogated. They’re doxed. They’re put in the room. The governor’s like complaining and they immediately run to CNN. Then they say well okay okay okay we’ll certify it but only with an audit. Now my question is is it going to be an audit like we’re having in Georgia which is a scam fraud farce audit? Which is just recounting the same fraudulent alleged fraud votes? Or is it going to be a real audit where they have to match the signatures? And why did they cave?

Epshteyn: Well it’s vital if there is an audience for that audit to be real and to match the signatures and to be true in that audit. We’re still looking into that and evaluating all our options. It is obvious that these Republicans remember the Wayne County Board of Canvassers wanted to vote a specific way which is not to certify 71 percent. 71 percent of the ballots in Wayne County had issues with them. And it’s truly a staggering problem. A staggering voting problem in Wayne County.

And we and we already know that. 71 percent of their ballot counts did not match the total number of voters. It’s a disaster in this county. And these Republican members of the Board of Canvassers knew that so that’s why they voted not to certify. So we’re continuing to look into that this morning and again considering any and all options to determine what happened and to make sure that truth is served and the election in Michigan and all across the country is only finalized once it can be truly said that it is done fair and square and with integrity.

Fredericks: All right. So we understand today that the president has canceled his Thanksgiving plans that he normally goes but he’s staying in Washington. What does that mean?

Epshteyn: I’m not going to comment on the president’s holiday plans. But I think overall this president has been determined from the moment that it was obvious this election has not gone down the way it should of. Because the Democrats use this mail-in ballot system to try and cheat the president out of his win out of his second term.

But most importantly to try and deprive so many Americans. Millions. 73, 74, 75 million Americans of their right to vote for their president. Because it’s not the media who decides who the president is. It’s not Twitter who decides who the president is. It’s the American people who decide. And I’ve spoken about that at length including at the amazing Trump march here in D.C. last Saturday. So the president is absolutely committed to making sure that every legal vote is counted. And all illegal votes are not counted. And he’s staying fully focused on that.

Fredericks: Are you coming to the rally here Saturday in Atlanta?

Epshteyn: To be honest with you John, I was in Pennsylvania yesterday and I was in Arizona before that. I’m not looking beyond 24 hours for now.

Fredericks: Got it. All right so final thing here then I’ll let you take off. I know you got a lot going on. What do you think is going to be our first big win? Like the first big ruling where their house of cards starts to collapse?

Epshteyn: We’ve had wins along the line but I think this issue in Wayne County yesterday with a decision not to certify that then flip so quickly. It’s actually pretty major because it indicates a willingness by Republican members of the Board of Canvassers and Republican officials to stand up. And then it shows how intimidated the left is by them. So we’re going to absolutely run that to the ground. The issue in Nevada of a Democrat election being overturned is extremely important. So we’re going to continue fighting on all fronts again to make sure that all legal votes are counted.
