After a panel of judges refused to extend Trump appointee Alina Habba’s term as U.S. Attorney for New Jersey, the Article III Project (A3P) announced it was filing a complaint against the New Jersey judges. A3P said they violated Canons 2, 3, and 5 of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges, allowing partisan politics to influence their decision. The judges installed Habba’s assistant to replace her, but Attorney General Pam Bondi fired her hours later, and appointed Habba as the interim U.S. Attorney.

Hakeem Jeffries did this after Alina Habba brought an indictment against a low-life Democrat House member who allegedly assaulted federal immigration officers. And these New Jersey activist judges — 15 of whom were appointed by Obama and Biden — saluted.”
