Nickelodeon’s ‘Transformers’ Cartoon Pushes Trans Agenda on Children

Nickelodeon’s Transformers: Earthspark cartoon has recently fallen prey to woke transgender ideology as the franchise that, for years, has caught children’s attention with creative and action-packed battles of good guys vs. bad guys now includes discussions about “pronouns” and “non-binary” beings.

In one clip from November, Morgan Malto, the lead nine-year-old character, instructs Optimus Prime, an old-timer robot, on why robot Nightshade uses different pronouns.

The dialogue follows:

Morgan: Nightshade’s pronouns are they/them.

Nightshade: He or she just doesn’t fit who I am.

Optimus Prime: My apologies. Please switch their piece.

The exchange “flows unnaturally,” comments Accuracy in Media (AIM), “as often is the case with forced diversity.”

“It leaves the viewer wondering what value the decision to make a robot non-binary brings to their child,” AIM adds.

According to Transformer Wiki, however, Nightshade is not the only bot to identify as “non-binary.”

While Hasbro has presented the character Acid Storm as male, with male pronouns and toy package art that uses a Seeker head that is masculine in appearance, in the animated series Acid Storm has a feminine voice (actress Jaime Lamchick).

Additionally, Transformer Wiki reports other Seeker characters, Nova Storm and Skywarp, were also “gender-swapped.”

Cyberverse writer Mae Catt reportedly explained that Acid Storm’s changing appearance was “just something Acid Storm likes to do,” perhaps suggesting the character is “genderfluid,” or “non-binary,” according to the report.

When asked further about Acid Storm’s pronouns, Catt reportedly replied the “pronouns are up to Acid Storm.”

America Exposed provides another clip:

Some Twitter users responded to the Transformers: Earthspark clip with horror that transgender propaganda has been inserted into an iconic children’s cartoon.

However, many may still be unaware that the same propaganda has been embedded in government-run schools for at least two years since the U.S. Education Department issued its “factsheet” on “supporting transgender youth in school.”

Transgender ideology in schools generally requires total affirmation of whatever “gender” a student expresses at any given time in order to provide them with the utmost in “safety.”

“There are many ways for schools to ensure that all students, including transgender students, are safe and supported in school and have equal access to educational opportunities,” the Biden education department says in its “factsheet,” and provides examples, including the adoption of policies in schools “that respect all students’ gender identities – such as the use [of] the name a student goes by, which may be different from their legal name, and pronouns that reflect a student’s gender identity.”

The department also urges these policies and suggests a failure to adopt these could be considered discrimination against someone who identifies as LGBTQ.

  • Using welcoming and inclusive language in school, district, college, and university mission statements, such as a commitment to ensuring a safe and supportive campus that is free from discrimination and harassment for LGBTQ+ students.
  • Ensuring that school policies clearly affirm students’ right to be free from discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity in all aspects of school, including the nondiscriminatory use of discipline and equal access to school programs and activities.
  • [I]mplementing policies to safeguard students’ privacy—such as maintaining the confidentiality of a student’s birth name or sex assigned at birth if the student wishes to keep this information private, unless the disclosure is legally required.
  • Adopting policies or model plans to guide school staff on how to support students and communicate with families, such as developmentally appropriate protocols to support students in any transition process, and a checklist of issues to discuss with the student or their family.
  • Facilitating opportunities for students to find support with peers, teachers, faculty, and staff, such as student-led organizations, and identifying safe spaces on campus.

“Anyone who believes that a school receiving federal funding has discriminated against someone because they identify as LGBTQ+ or because they do not conform with sex stereotypes, or for another reason, can file a complaint with [Office for Civil Rights] within 180 days of the alleged discrimination,” the Biden education department informs.
