A sprawling investigation into the online fundraising platform ActBlue has expanded into 19 states, as attorneys general across the country press the company on its security practices and whether Democrats might be using the platform to cheat on election donations.

Non-Citizens and Duplicate Ballots Discovered in a Dozen States Including D.C. Ahead of November Elections
With the November election fewer than six weeks away, states and localities are cleaning up voter rolls and sending out ballots to voters. However, multiple jurisdictions are experiencing issues in preparation for Election Day.
As voters in some states have already begun the early and absentee voting process, several jurisdictions have recently found problems in the administrative process, such as non-citizens on voter rolls and duplicate ballots sent out to voters.

The chairman of the powerful House Administration Committee says his investigation into one of the Democrats’ most successful political action committees has pivoted to whether foreigners may be laundering money into the 2024 election.
Rep. Bryan Steil, W-Wis., said his committee has identified individuals who claim they did not make the donations attributed to them in Federal Election Commission (FEC) reports filed by ActBlue. His committee, which oversees election integrity issues, has “activated a full investigation.”

“Elections are partisan, but our election administration should never be partisan,” Rep. Bryan Steil said.
House Administration Committee Chairman Bryan Steil on Thursday subpoenaed 15 Biden cabinet officials for documents related to “Bidenbucks,” President Biden’s executive order to turn as many federal agencies as possible into get-out-the-vote centers across all states.
