More Than 120 Retired U.S. Generals and Admirals Post Open Letter Blasting Biden Regime’s Marxist Assault Constitutional Rights

More than 120 retired military generals and admirals have posted an open letter questioning the legitimacy of the 2020 election, Joe Biden’s mental health, and warning that the United States is in deep peril under Biden’s divisive leadership. The former high-ranking military officers blasted the “Commander-in-Chief,” accusing him of launching “a full-blown assault on our Constitutional rights in a dictatorial manner, and summed up the situation as a “conflict is between supporters of Socialism and Marxism vs. supporters of Constitutional freedom and liberty.”

“Without fair and honest elections that accurately reflect the ‘will of the people’ our Constitutional Republic is lost,” the 124 former officers stated in the letter, which was released by the group “Flag Officers 4 America.”

“Election integrity demands insuring there is one legal vote cast and counted per citizen. Legal votes are identified by State Legislature’s approved controls using government IDs, verified signatures, etc. Today, many are calling such commonsense controls ‘racist’ in an attempt to avoid having fair and honest elections,” the letter continued. “The FBI and Supreme Court must act swiftly when election irregularities are surfaced and not ignore them as was done in 2020.”

The letter, which was posted on Monday, has prompted a great deal of angst and derision from lefty politicos on social media, including failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

The retired officers warned in their letter that the Democrats’ “For the People” Act—a federal takeover of elections—will “destroy election fairness” and usher in a permanent Democrat majority if passed.

“H.R.1 & S.1, (if passed), would destroy election fairness and allow Democrats to forever remain in power violating our Constitution and ending our Representative Republic,” the letter stated.

They went on to characterize excessive lockdowns, school and business closures, and censorship of written and verbal expression as alarming “population control actions” that are “direct assaults on our fundamental Rights.”

We must support and hold accountable politicians who will act to counter Socialism, Marxism and Progressivism, support our Constitutional Republic, and insist on fiscally responsible governing while focusing on all Americans, especially the middle class, not special interest or extremist groups which are used to divide us into warring factions.

The officers listed a number of serious national security issues that are now plaguing the nation due to the Biden Regime’s first 100 days of malfeasance, including an emboldened China and Iran, the crisis at the border, assaults on the First Amendment, the cancelled Keystone Pipeline, U.S. military service members being used as “political pawns” to “protect” the U.S. Capitol Building, and the politicized DOJ’s assaults on “the rule of law.”

The officers also questioned Biden’s mental and physical fitness for dealing with demanding issues that affect national security.

“The mental and physical condition of the Commander-in-Chief cannot be ignored. He must be able to quickly make accurate national security decisions involving life and limb anywhere, day or night,” they said. “Recent Democrat leadership’s inquiries about nuclear code procedures sends a dangerous national security signal to nuclear armed adversaries, raising the question about who is in charge. We must always have an unquestionable chain of command.”

According to the group’s website, Flag Officers 4 America are “retired military leaders who pledged to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Although retired from active service, each of us feels bound by that oath to do what we can, in our capacity today, to protect our nation from the threats to her freedom.”

Among the signatories to the open letter is retired Army Brigadier General Don Bolduc, a Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate in New Hampshire.
