REPORT: Border Patrol Agent Injured Shielding an Older Woman as ‘Melee’ of Protestors Enjulfed Bus Departing Texas Illegal Alien Processing Center

Fox News’ field reporter Griff Jenkins – while reporting on the leftist protesters attempting to disrupt the processing of illegal aliens at a Texas border control facility – told his collegues on Fox and Friends Weekend Sunday that a border patrol agent was injured trying to control a crowd of during a surge of activity to stop a bus loaded with detainees on their way to another holding area.

“Something we’re learning just this morning, guys, and that is that one of the agents inside here when this bus was moving, when the melee was going on, was trying to control the crowd, was trying to ensure that he also did not step on a smaller little old lady, he broke his ankle,” Jenkins said in a live report from the border town of McAllen, Texas. “His ankle is broken this morning.”
